Trussess
On this home, we took off the existing roof and trusses, rebuilt some to add living space where there was just an attic before (where the windows is is the added area).
Tile
Tile can be used on floor, counter tops, backsplashes, bathtubs and showers, around stoves, and many other places.
Notice the backsplash as well as the counter top.
Soffit and Fascia
Soffit and Fascia gives your home a finished look. There are many different colors in these as well.
This creme colored soffit matches up with the yellow siding well.
Brown Soffit with recessed lighting.
Soffit placed on the angle and covering the end caps.
Siding
Siding is a quick, easy way to improve the look of any building.
With many color options, it is a popular choice.

Vinyl shutters complement the siding.
Two toned siding (the gable is white, the lower grey).
Sheds
We have also done some sheds. Buildings 200 square feet and under do not require a building permit. This shed is a 10' x 20'.
Roofing.
We have done multiple styles of shingles as well as metal roofing.
This green metal roof is rated at 75 years durability. Many metal roofs also qualify for tax credits. A great option for a roof that will last.
Metal roofs are also a great option for roofs with low pitches.
Notice the vents. Vents on shingled roofs are important to cool the top of your home.
Some insurances will not cover some damages done if vents are not properly installed.
